Today life has become very fast and boring, while life is more enjoyable when we have funny moments to look back with happiness, and look forward with excitement. People get so busy in their work and school lives, they often forget to take time to chill. It’s very important to squeeze in time for fun to take away or release stress. Laughter

Laughter is a physical reaction of certain external and internal stimuli in humans. Laughter can arise from such activities like humorous stories, thoughts or T.V programs. Laughter is a visual expression of a number of positive emotional states, such as joy, happiness, enjoyment, relief etc.
Laughter is a part of human behaviour generated by the brain that clarifies their intentions in social interaction and conversations. Sometimes laughter of one person itself provokes laughter from others.

Humour

Humour is the direction to provoke laughter and pleasure. People of all ages and culture all around the world respond to humour. Most people experience humour by smiling or laughing at something funny which is considered to have a sense of humour. Sense of humour is decided by person’s taste, geographical location, and culture, level of education, intelligence, maturity and context.
